امْرَأَةً أَوِ اشْتَرَى خَادِمًا فَلْيَأْخُذْ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا
(وَلْيُسَمِّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ) وَلْيَدْعُ لَهُ بِالْبَرَكَةِ،
وَلْيَقُلْ: اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ مِنْ خَيْرِهَا وَخَيْرِ مَا
جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَشَرِّ مَا
جَبَلْتَهَا عَلَيْهِ.
“Apabila salah seorang dari kamu
menikahi wanita atau membeli seorang budak maka peganglah ubun-ubunnya
lalu bacalah ‘basmalah’ serta do’akanlah dengan do’a berkah seraya
mengucapkan: ‘Ya Allah, aku memohon kebaikannya dan kebaikan tabiatnya
yang ia bawa. Dan aku berlindung dari kejelekannya dan kejelekan tabiat
yang ia bawa.’” [1]
Kedua: Hendaknya ia mengerjakan shalat sunnah dua raka’at bersama isterinya.
Syaikh al-Albani rahimahullaah berkata: “Hal itu telah ada sandarannya dari ulama Salaf (Shahabat dan Tabi’in).
1. Hadits dari Abu Sa’id maula (budak yang telah dimerdekakan) Abu Usaid.
Ia berkata: “Aku menikah ketika aku masih seorang budak. Ketika itu aku mengundang beberapa orang Shahabat Nabi, di antaranya ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud, Abu Dzarr dan Hudzaifah radhiyallaahu ‘anhum. Lalu tibalah waktu shalat, Abu Dzarr bergegas untuk mengimami shalat. Tetapi mereka berkata: ‘Kamulah (Abu Sa’id) yang berhak!’ Ia (Abu Dzarr) berkata: ‘Apakah benar demikian?’ ‘Benar!’ jawab mereka. Aku pun maju mengimami mereka shalat. Ketika itu aku masih seorang budak. Selanjutnya mereka mengajariku, ‘Jika isterimu nanti datang menemuimu, hendaklah kalian berdua shalat dua raka’at. Lalu mintalah kepada Allah kebaikan isterimu itu dan mintalah perlindungan kepada-Nya dari keburukannya. Selanjutnya terserah kamu berdua…!’”[2]

2. Hadits dari Abu Waail.
Ia berkata, “Seseorang datang kepada ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud radhiyallaahu ‘anhu, lalu ia berkata, ‘Aku menikah dengan seorang gadis, aku khawatir dia membenciku.’ ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud berkata, ‘Sesungguhnya cinta berasal dari Allah, sedangkan kebencian berasal dari syaitan, untuk membenci apa-apa yang dihalalkan Allah. Jika isterimu datang kepadamu, maka perintahkanlah untuk melaksanakan shalat dua raka’at di belakangmu. Lalu ucapkanlah (berdo’alah):
Ia berkata, “Seseorang datang kepada ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud radhiyallaahu ‘anhu, lalu ia berkata, ‘Aku menikah dengan seorang gadis, aku khawatir dia membenciku.’ ‘Abdullah bin Mas’ud berkata, ‘Sesungguhnya cinta berasal dari Allah, sedangkan kebencian berasal dari syaitan, untuk membenci apa-apa yang dihalalkan Allah. Jika isterimu datang kepadamu, maka perintahkanlah untuk melaksanakan shalat dua raka’at di belakangmu. Lalu ucapkanlah (berdo’alah):
اَللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لِي فِي
أَهْلِيْ، وَبَارِكْ لَهُمْ فِيَّ، اَللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي مِنْهُمْ،
وَارْزُقْهُمْ مِنِّي، اَللَّهُمَّ اجْمَعْ بَيْنَنَا مَا جَمَعْتَ إِلَى
خَيْرٍ، وَفَرِّقْ بَيْنَنَا إِذَا فَرَّقْتَ إِلَى خَيْرٍ
“Ya Allah, berikanlah keberkahan
kepadaku dan isteriku, serta berkahilah mereka dengan sebab aku. Ya
Allah, berikanlah rizki kepadaku lantaran mereka, dan berikanlah rizki
kepada mereka lantaran aku. Ya Allah, satukanlah antara kami (berdua)
dalam kebaikan dan pisahkanlah antara kami (berdua) dalam kebaikan.” [3]
Ketiga: Bercumbu rayu dengan penuh kelembutan dan kemesraan. Misalnya dengan memberinya segelas air minum atau yang lainnya.
Hal ini berdasarkan hadits Asma’
binti Yazid binti as-Sakan radhiyallaahu ‘anha, ia berkata: “Saya merias
‘Aisyah untuk Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam. Setelah itu
saya datangi dan saya panggil beliau supaya menghadiahkan sesuatu kepada
‘Aisyah. Beliau pun datang lalu duduk di samping ‘Aisyah. Ketika itu
Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam disodori segelas susu. Setelah
beliau minum, gelas itu beliau sodorkan kepada ‘Aisyah. Tetapi ‘Aisyah
menundukkan kepalanya dan malu-malu.” ‘Asma binti Yazid berkata: “Aku
menegur ‘Aisyah dan berkata kepadanya, ‘Ambillah gelas itu dari tangan
Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam!’ Akhirnya ‘Aisyah pun meraih
gelas itu dan meminum isinya sedikit.” [4]
Keempat: Berdo’a sebelum jima’ (bersenggama), yaitu ketika seorang suami hendak menggauli isterinya, hendaklah ia membaca do’a:
بِسْمِ اللهِ، اَللَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَا الشَّيْطَانَ وَجَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَانَ مَا رَزَقْتَنَا.
“Dengan menyebut nama Allah, Ya
Allah, jauhkanlah aku dari syaitan dan jauhkanlah syaitan dari anak yang
akan Engkau karuniakan kepada kami.”
Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi
wa sallam bersabda: “Maka, apabila Allah menetapkan lahirnya seorang
anak dari hubungan antara keduanya, niscaya syaitan tidak akan
membahayakannya selama-lamanya.” [5]
Kelima: Suami boleh menggauli isterinya dengan cara bagaimana pun yang disukainya asalkan pada kemaluannya.
Allah Ta’ala berfirman:
نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ
فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ ۖ وَقَدِّمُوا لِأَنْفُسِكُمْ ۚ
وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ مُلَاقُوهُ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ
الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
“Isteri-Isterimu adalah ladang
bagimu, maka datangi-lah ladangmu itu kapan saja dengan cara yang kamu
sukai. Dan utamakanlah (yang baik) untuk dirimu. Bertaqwalah kepada
Allah dan ketahuilah bahwa kamu (kelak) akan menemui-Nya. Dan
sampaikanlah kabar gembira kepada orang yang beriman.” [Al-Baqarah :
223]
Ibnu ‘Abbas radhiyallaahu ‘anhuma
berkata, “Pernah suatu ketika ‘Umar bin al-Khaththab radhiyallaahu
‘anhu datang kepada Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, lalu ia
berkata, ‘Wahai Rasulullah, celaka saya.’ Beliau bertanya, ‘Apa yang
membuatmu celaka?’ ‘Umar menjawab, ‘Saya membalikkan pelana saya tadi
malam.’ [6] Dan beliau shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam tidak memberikan
komentar apa pun, hingga turunlah ayat kepada beliau:
نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّىٰ شِئْتُمْ
“Isteri-Isterimu adalah ladang bagimu, maka datangilah ladangmu itu kapan saja dengan cara yang kamu sukai…” [Al-Baqarah : 223]
Lalu Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda:
أَقْبِلْ وَأَدْبِرْ، وَاتَّقِ الدُّبُرَ وَالْحَيْضَةَ.
“Setubuhilah isterimu dari arah
depan atau dari arah belakang, tetapi hindarilah (jangan engkau
menyetubuhinya) di dubur dan ketika sedang haidh”. [7]
Juga berdasarkan sabda Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam:
مُقْبِلَةٌ مُدْبِرَةٌ إِذَا كَانَتْ فِي الْفَرْجِ
“Silahkan menggaulinya dari arah depan atau dari belakang asalkan pada kemaluannya”.[8]
Seorang Suami Dianjurkan Mencampuri Isterinya Kapan Waktu Saja
• Apabila suami telah melepaskan
hajat biologisnya, janganlah ia tergesa-gesa bangkit hingga isterinya
melepaskan hajatnya juga. Sebab dengan cara seperti itu terbukti dapat
melanggengkan keharmonisan dan kasih sayang antara keduanya. Apabila
suami mampu dan ingin mengulangi jima’ sekali lagi, maka hendaknya ia
berwudhu’ terlebih dahulu.
Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda:
إِذَا أَتَى أَحَدُكُمْ أَهْلَهُ ثُمَّ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَعُوْدَ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ
“Jika seseorang diantara kalian
menggauli isterinya kemudian ingin mengulanginya lagi, maka hendaklah ia
berwudhu’ terlebih dahulu.” [9]
• Yang afdhal (lebih utama)
adalah mandi terlebih dahulu. Hal ini berdasarkan hadits dari Abu Rafi’
radhi-yallaahu ‘anhu bahwasanya Nabi shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam
pernah menggilir isteri-isterinya dalam satu malam. Beliau mandi di
rumah fulanah dan rumah fulanah. Abu Rafi’ berkata, “Wahai Rasulullah,
mengapa tidak dengan sekali mandi saja?” Beliau menjawab.
هَذَا أَزْكَى وَأَطْيَبُ وَأَطْهَرُ
“Ini lebih bersih, lebih baik dan lebih suci.” [10]
• Seorang suami dibolehkan jima’
(mencampuri) isterinya kapan waktu saja yang ia kehendaki; pagi, siang,
atau malam. Bahkan, apabila seorang suami melihat wanita yang
mengagumkannya, hendaknya ia mendatangi isterinya. Hal ini berdasarkan
riwayat bahwasanya Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam melihat
wanita yang mengagumkan beliau. Kemudian beliau mendatangi isterinya
-yaitu Zainab radhiyallaahu ‘anha- yang sedang membuat adonan roti. Lalu
beliau melakukan hajatnya (berjima’ dengan isterinya). Kemu-dian beliau
bersabda,
إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تُقْبِلُ فِيْ
صُوْرَةِ شَيْطَانٍ وَتُدْبِرُ فِيْ صُوْرَةِ شَيْطَانٍ فَإِذَا أَبْصَرَ
أَحَدُكُمُ امْرَأَةً فَلْيَأْتِ أَهْلَهُ، فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَرُدُّ مَا
فِيْ نَفْسِهِ
“Sesungguhnya wanita itu
menghadap dalam rupa syaitan dan membelakangi dalam rupa syaitan. [11]
Maka, apabila seseorang dari kalian melihat seorang wanita (yang
mengagumkan), hendaklah ia mendatangi isterinya. Karena yang demikian
itu dapat menolak apa yang ada di dalam hatinya.” [12]
Imam an-Nawawi rahimahullaah
berkata : “ Dianjurkan bagi siapa yang melihat wanita hingga syahwatnya
tergerak agar segera mendatangi isterinya – atau budak perempuan yang
dimilikinya -kemudian menggaulinya untuk meredakan syahwatnya juga agar
jiwanya menjadi tenang.” [13]
Akan tetapi, ketahuilah saudara
yang budiman, bahwasanya menahan pandangan itu wajib hukumnya, karena
hadits tersebut berkenaan dan berlaku untuk pandangan secara tiba-tiba.
Allah Ta’ala berfirman:
قُلْ لِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا
مِنْ أَبْصَارِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ ۗ
إِنَّ اللَّهَ خَبِيرٌ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ
“Katakanlah kepada laki-laki yang
beriman, agar mereka menjaga pandangannya, dan memelihara kemaluannya;
yang demikian itu lebih suci bagi mereka. Sungguh, Allah Maha Mengetahui
apa yang mereka perbuat” .[An-Nuur : 30]
Dari Abu Buraidah, dari ayahnya
radhiyallaahu ‘anhu, ia berkata, “Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa
sallam ber-sabda kepada ‘Ali.
يَا عَلِيُّ، لاَ تُتْبِعِ النَّظْرَةَ النَّظْرَةَ فَإِنَّ لَكَ اْلأُوْلَى وَلَيْسَتْ لَكَ اْلآخِرَةُ
“Wahai ‘Ali, janganlah engkau
mengikuti satu pandangan pandangan lainnya karena yang pertama untukmu
dan yang kedua bukan untukmu”. [14]
• Haram menyetubuhi isteri pada duburnya dan haram menyetubuhi isteri ketika ia sedang haidh/ nifas.
Hal ini berdasarkan firman Allah Ta’ala:
وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ ۖ
قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ ۖ وَلَا
تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَطْهُرْنَ ۖ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ
مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ
وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
“Dan mereka menanyakan kepadamu
(Muhammad) tentang haidh. Katakanlah, ‘Itu adalah sesuatu yang kotor.’
Karena itu jauhilah [15] isteri pada waktu haidh; dan janganlah kamu
dekati sebelum mereka suci. Apabila mereka telah suci, campurilah mereka
sesuai dengan (ketentuan) yang diperintahkan Allah kepadamu. Sungguh,
Allah menyukai orang yang bertaubat dan mensucikan diri.” [Al-Baqarah :
222]
Juga sabda Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam:
مَنْ أَتَى حَائِضًا أَوِ امْرَأَةً فِي دُبُرِهَا أَوْ كَاهِنًا: فَقَدْ كَفَرَ بِمَا أُنْزِلَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ
“Barangsiapa yang menggauli
isterinya yang sedang haidh, atau menggaulinya pada duburnya, atau
mendatangi dukun, maka ia telah kafir terhadap ajaran yang telah
diturunkan kepada Muhammad shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam.” [16]
Juga sabda beliau shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam:
مَلْعُوْنٌ مَنْ أَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ فِي دُبُرِهَا
“Dilaknat orang yang menyetubuhi isterinya pada duburnya.” [17]
• Kaffarat bagi suami yang menggauli isterinya yang sedang haidh.
Syaikh al-Albani rahimahullaah berkata, “Barangsiapa yang dikalahkan oleh hawa nafsunya lalu menyetubuhi isterinya yang sedang haidh sebelum suci dari haidhnya, maka ia harus bershadaqah dengan setengah pound emas Inggris, kurang lebihnya atau seperempatnya. Hal ini berdasarkan hadits Ibnu ‘Abbas radhiyallaahu ‘anhu dari Nabi shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam tentang orang yang menggauli isterinya yang sedang haidh. Lalu Nabi shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda.
Syaikh al-Albani rahimahullaah berkata, “Barangsiapa yang dikalahkan oleh hawa nafsunya lalu menyetubuhi isterinya yang sedang haidh sebelum suci dari haidhnya, maka ia harus bershadaqah dengan setengah pound emas Inggris, kurang lebihnya atau seperempatnya. Hal ini berdasarkan hadits Ibnu ‘Abbas radhiyallaahu ‘anhu dari Nabi shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam tentang orang yang menggauli isterinya yang sedang haidh. Lalu Nabi shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda.
يَتَصَدَّقَ بِدِيْنَارٍ أَوْ نِصْفِ دِيْنَارٍ
“Hendaklah ia bershadaqah dengan satu dinar atau setengah dinar.’”[18]
• Apabila seorang suami ingin
bercumbu dengan isterinya yang sedang haidh, ia boleh bercumbu dengannya
selain pada kemaluannya. Hal ini berdasarkan sabda Rasulullah
shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam.
اِصْنَعُوْا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ إِلاَّ النِّكَاح
“Lakukanlah apa saja kecuali nikah (jima’/ bersetubuh).” [19]
• Apabila suami atau isteri ingin
makan atau tidur setelah jima’ (bercampur), hendaklah ia mencuci
kemaluannya dan berwudhu’ terlebih dahulu, serta mencuci kedua
tangannya. Hal ini berdasarkan hadits dari ‘Aisyah radhiyallaahu ‘anha
bahwasanya Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
كَانَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ
وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ تَوَضَّأَ وُضُوْءَهُ لِلصَّلاَةِ وَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ
يَأْكُلَ أَوْ يَشْرَبَ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ غَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَأْكُلُ
وَيَشْرَبُ
“Apabila beliau hendak tidur
dalam keadaan junub, maka beliau berwudhu’ seperti wudhu’ untuk shalat.
Dan apabila beliau hendak makan atau minum dalam keadaan junub, maka
beliau mencuci kedua tangannya kemudian beliau makan dan minum.” [20]
Dari ‘Aisyah radhiyallaahu ‘anha, ia berkata,
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ
عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ غَسَلَ
فَرْجَهُ وَتَوَضَّأَ لِلصَّلاَةِ
“Apabila Nabi shallallaahu
‘alaihi wa sallam hendak tidur dalam keadaan junub, beliau mencuci
kemaluannya dan berwudhu’ (seperti wudhu’) untuk shalat.” [21]
• Sebaiknya tidak bersenggama dalam keadaan sangat lapar atau dalam keadaan sangat kenyang, karena dapat membahayakan kesehatan.
• Suami isteri dibolehkan mandi bersama dalam satu tempat, dan suami isteri dibolehkan saling melihat aurat masing-masing.
Adapun riwayat dari ‘Aisyah yang
mengatakan bahwa ‘Aisyah tidak pernah melihat aurat Rasulullah
shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam adalah riwayat yang bathil, karena di
dalam sanadnya ada seorang pendusta. [22]
• Haram hukumnya menyebarkan rahasia rumah tangga dan hubungan suami isteri.
Setiap suami maupun isteri
dilarang menyebarkan rahasia rumah tangga dan rahasia ranjang mereka.
Hal ini dilarang oleh Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam. Bahkan,
orang yang menyebarkan rahasia hubungan suami isteri adalah orang yang
paling jelek kedudukannya di sisi Allah.
Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda:
Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda:
إِنَّ مِنْ أَشَرِّ النَّاسِ
عِنْدَ اللهِ مَنْزِلَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الرَّجُلُ يُفْضِى إِلَى
امْرَأَتِهِ وَتُفْضِى إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ يَنْشُرُ سِرَّهَا
“Sesungguhnya manusia yang paling
jelek kedudukannya pada hari Kiamat adalah laki-laki yang bersenggama
dengan isterinya dan wanita yang bersenggama dengan suaminya kemudian ia
menyebarkan rahasia isterinya.” [23]
Dalam hadits lain yang shahih,
disebutkan bahwa Rasulullah shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
“Jangan kalian lakukan (menceritakan hubungan suami isteri).
Perumpamaannya seperti syaitan laki-laki yang berjumpa dengan syaitan
perempuan di jalan lalu ia menyetubuhinya (di tengah jalan) dilihat oleh
orang banyak…” [24]
Syaikh Muhammad bin Shalih
al-‘Utsaimin rahimahullaah berkata, “Apa yang dilakukan sebagian wanita
berupa membeberkan maslah rumah tangga dan kehidupan suami isteri kepada
karib kerabat atau kawan adalah perkara yang diharamkan. Tidak halal
seorang isteri menyebarkan rahasia rumah tangga atau keadaannya bersama
suaminya kepada seseorang.
Allah Ta’ala berfirman:
Allah Ta’ala berfirman:
فَالصَّالِحَاتُ قَانِتَاتٌ حَافِظَاتٌ لِلْغَيْبِ بِمَا حَفِظَ اللَّهُ
““Maka perempuan-perempuan yang
shalih adalah mereka yang taat (kepada Allah) dan menjaga diri ketika
(suaminya) tidak ada, karena Allah telah menjaga (mereka).” [An-Nisaa’ :
34]
Nabi shallallaahu ‘alaihi wa
sallam mengabarkan bahwa manusia yang paling buruk kedudukannya di sisi
Allah pada hari Kiamat adalah laki-laki yang bersenggama dengan
isterinya dan wanita yang bersenggama dengan suaminya, kemudian ia
menyebarkan rahasia pasangannya”. [25]
